What We See in the Towns We Serve

A farmhouse outside Chokio and a lake home in Glenwood need different things. Here's what usually comes up in each part of our area.

Morris

Morris is home. Storefronts along Atlantic Avenue need clean glass to pull in walk-in customers. Rentals near the University of Minnesota Morris turn over every May, and landlords call us for cleanouts and window washing between tenants. Homes inside city limits get the city's softened water. Homes just outside town usually don't.

Hancock, Alberta, Donnelly, Cyrus and Chokio

These are farm country towns, and many homes run on private wells. Hard well water through a lawn sprinkler leaves white mineral spots on glass and siding. We soft wash lake homes, clean the lakeside glass and pressure wash the patios and walkways down to the shore.

Alexandria, Kensington and Osakis

This is the heart of Douglas County lake country, with Lake Le Homme Dieu, Lake Carlos, Lake Osakis and dozens more. A lot of cabins sit empty part of the year. Owners hire us to open them up in spring with clean windows, and some hire us in fall for a cleanout before closing. You don't need to be there. Send us the address and what you need.

Benson, Montevideo and Willmar

Fergus Falls and Sauk Centre

These are our farthest regular stops, each about an hour out. Fergus Falls sits on the Otter Tail River at the edge of Otter Tail County lake country. Sauk Centre sits on Sauk Lake right off I-94. Bigger jobs make the most sense this far out, like a full exterior wash, a whole-house window cleaning or a cleanout.
